WE ALSO HAVE 32 OWNERS, WHO HAVE PLACED IN OUR TRUST THEIR PROPERTIES, FOR US TO MANAGE THEM, WHERE WE PROVIDE SUCH SERVICES, AS INVENTORY CONTROL, MAINTENANCE AND HOUSE CLEANING,

WE OFFER THESE SERVICES TO BUILDING AND DEVELOPMENT  COMPANIES WHO NEED TO SET UP DURING THE FIRST YEAR, AFTER THEY HAVE DELIVERED THEIR UNITS, AN ADMINISTRATION SERVICE, AND GENERALLY, BY THE END OF THE YEAR WE ARE RATIFIED BY THE OWNERS THEMSELVES AS ADMINISTRATORS.

WE ALSO OFFER THESE SERVICES TO CONDOMIMIUMS ALREADY ESTABLISHED WHERE WE COMPLY AND ADAPT OURSELVES TO THEIR NEEDS, WORKING TOGETHER WITH THE BOARD.

OUR SERVICES, IN A DECLARATIVE MANNER BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ARE THE FOLLOWING:

·        DRAW UP A BUDGET ACCORDING TO THE SQUARE METERS OF COMMON AREAS, SWIMMING POOLS, ELEVATORS, NUMBER OF UNITS, GREEN AREAS, COMMON USAGE EQUIPMENT, ETC.

·        BASE ON THIS KOWLEDGE SET UP MAINTENANCE FEES, ABIDING BY THE BY LAWS BY WHICH THIS CONDOMINIUM WAS REGISTERED.

·        FIRST ASSEMBLY MEETING AND CREATION OF THE SURVEILLANCE COMITTEE.

·        BUDGET APPROVALS AND SIGNATURE OF DEEDS OF INCORPORATION BY OWNERS.

·        FORM A CIVIL ASSOCIATION AND HAVE IT REGSITERED AT THE PUBLIC TREASURY OFFICE FOR A TRANSPARENT HANDLING OF FUNDS.

·        COORDINATE THE BOOKKEEPING MANAGEMENT OF THE CONDO’S FUNDS.

·        HIRING SECURITY PERSONNEL.

·        WE OFFER AN OPTION TO INTEGRATE THE MAINTENANCE OF COMMON AREAS AND SWIMMING POOL WITH OUR COMPANY’S PERSONNEL OR THE CONDOMINIUM’S OWN PERSONNEL, HOWEVER THE ASSEMBLY DEEMS BEST.  

·        DRAW UP A PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE MANUAL.

·        ALL INHERENT MEASURES OF THE ADMINISTRATION SUCH AS DEALING WITH SUPPLIERS, QUOTATIONS, FOLLOW UP ON WARRANTIES, OBTAINING DAMAGE INSURANCE.

·        CONTROLLING ACCOUNTS DUE FROM TENNANTS.

·        WEB PAGE OF EACH CONDO WHERE YOU MAY CHECH YOUR STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT.

·        CONTRLLING REQUESTS AND REPORTS FROM CO OWNERS IN A GLOBAL MANNER, BY A DEDICATED DEPARTEMENT.

·        WE ALSO SET UP A GLOBAL SUPERVISION SCHEME FOR THE EQUIPMENT AND BUILDING STRUCTURES BY A COMPANY IN THIS FIELD. THE RESULTS OF THESE FINDINGS AND MEASURES ARE PERIODICALLY SENT TO ALL CO OWNERS.
